The GMG28 series offers exceptional performance in profiling operations. They range from 6-25mm diameter, featuring a corner radius with 5 flutes and a plain shank. The TitaNox Power range from YG-1 have exceptional tool life on Titanium Hastelloy, Stainless Steel, Inconel and Steel up to HRc40.

- Unequal flute spacing and multiple helix reduces vibration in HPC machining
- 5 flute design ideal for medium to finish machining (up to 30% side cut) with high feed rates and high rigidity in profiling operations
- Special design for sticky materials prevents flutes from clogging in slotting operations
- Special high heat resistant Y1200 coating
- Micrograin carbide substrate
- To achieve the maximum performance from this tool, we recommend using a high performance tool holder (Hydraulic chuck, shrink chuck, HP3/GSK or power milling chuck).
