Frequently Asked Questions

How much do the conveyor systems cost?

Since we make so many customisation opportunities available, the cost of the systems will vary. As a general guideline, you can use the following price ranges:
  • Basic roller tables rated with 1,000 kg p/m cost between $800 and $1,500 per metre
  • Motorised tables rated with 1,000 kg p/m cost between $1,400 and $2,500 per metre
  • Customised options including increased capacity to 2,000 kg p/m, could add about 40% to the cost

What are the benefits of choosing high-quality conveyor systems?

Investing in a heavy-duty roller table will increase productivity, reduce the risk of workplace injuries related to lifting heavy supplies, and help for optimised use of your industrial or commercial facilities. Since our systems can be customised, they will be perfectly matched to your specific operational needs.

What safety standards do these systems meet?

These material handling systems are designed to meet the strict AS 4024 safety regulations. We offer a range of additional safety features including automated lasers, sensors, lights and emergency stops.

How do the length stops on the heavy-duty roller tables work?

A length stop is an automated tape measure. It’s incredibly accurate (to a millimetre) and it allows you to easily set up and cut multiple different lengths without having to double-check or make adjustments.

How much weight can the tables support?

All of the Excision heavy-duty roller tables are rated at a minimum of 1,000kg per metre. Anyone seeking customisation can request increased load-bearing capacity for their table.
