YG-1 E5E47 ALU-POWER solid carbide one-flute end mill is an uncoated plain-shank cutter with mirror-surface flutes. It is engineered for aluminium and copper machining, while its single-flute design supports plastic and acrylic materials. Mirror-surface flutes promote chip evacuation and surface finish, supporting clean machining in appropriate material groups. Optimised cutting edges are specified for increased tool life and reduced corner chipping. This series covers 2 to 12 mm cutting diameters and 8 to 30 mm lengths of cut. Shank diameters range from 3 to 12 mm, with overall lengths from 50 to 80 mm. Chamfers range from 0.04 to 0.14 mm throughout the specified family.
