YG-1 DL205 is a 5xD HSS-E Morse taper shank jobber drill for heavy-duty metal drilling. Its 5% cobalt HSS substrate and taper shank suit steel and cast-iron drilling applications. It is intended for steel, cast steel, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron and graphite. The jobber-length design provides a 5xD drilling depth for heavy-duty hole making. Available diameters run from 13 to 30 mm, with individual sizes using Morse taper shanks. All listed versions use a 118° point, 30° helix, h8 tolerance and no through coolant. This format supports secure machine mounting where a Morse taper drilling connection is required for production.
