These Alu-Power 2 flute ball nose end mills are carbide cutters for aluminium machining, with ball nose cutting profiles suited to work where surface finish matters. The range includes plain-shank and TiCN-coated options for buyers selecting within the same Alu-Power tool family.
The plain-shank E5910 series has lapped flutes and is specified for high-speed machining of aluminium and other non-ferrous materials, including mirror-finish work. The TiCN-coated EG910 variant is specified for stainless steel, aluminium and copper, with increased tool life, cutting accuracy and surface finish. Check the individual tool variant when material suitability or finish requirements are important.
