2 Flute (Corner Radius) General Purpose Carbide Milling Cutters

2 flute corner radius general purpose carbide milling cutters are K-2 coated end mills for general milling of steel below 45 HRC, stainless steel, cast iron, copper and aluminium. They suit machining work where a corner radius is required rather than a sharp square corner.

The corner-radius cutting shape is designed to reduce cutting forces and support tool life. Choose the short-length G9B82 option for standard reach requirements, or the G9B83 long-reach option where additional reach is needed. Both are 2-flute carbide milling cutters with a 30° helix and a stated corner-radius tolerance of 0.02.
