YG-1 E5908 ALU-POWER is an uncoated carbide three-flute ball nose end mill with a 40° helix. It is designed for machining aluminium and copper, with geometry supporting efficient chip evacuation. The plain-shank series uses ultra micro grain solid carbide construction for aluminium machining. Optimised cutting edges are specified to increase tool life in suitable milling operations. Mirror-surface flutes support chip evacuation and help produce an excellent surface finish. The 40° helix and three-flute configuration identify this E5908 family. Available diameters run from 2.0 to 16.0 mm, covering ball radii from R1.0 to R8.0. Each variant has a ball-nose radius tolerance of ±0.02 mm.
