YG-1 E5E51 Alu-Power carbide three-flute corner radius end mills provide long-length reach for aluminium machining. Their radiused cutting profile supports machining operations requiring a defined corner radius and extended tool reach. The plain-shank design is offered in 3.0 to 20.0 mm cutting diameters. Corner radius options include R0.5 and R1.0, with R2.0 available from 10.0 mm. Lengths of cut extend from 12 to 40 mm across the series. Overall tool lengths range from 57 to 100 mm for longer-reach aluminium features. Ultra micro grain solid carbide construction defines the Alu-Power series. Select diameter and corner radius to match the required component geometry.
