YG-1 D2321 is a long-length 90° HSS Co8 NC spotting drill for precise NC/CNC centring. The large drill diameter also permits continuous chamfering after centring, combining two supported machining operations. Bright-finish D2321 drills suit non-alloy, low-alloy and high-alloy steels, stainless steel, cast irons, aluminium, and copper alloys. The range covers 3.0 to 20.0 mm drill diameters, with 80 to 200 mm overall lengths. Flute lengths span 12 to 40 mm across the listed D2321 sizes. Specified diameters allow the spotting tool to establish accurate starting positions before subsequent drilling. An HSS Co8 construction defines the D2321 series cutting tool material.
