About CBN Endmills
CBN endmills in this collection are two-flute corner-radius cutting tools for machining hardened and high-hardened steels. They serve work across the stated 45–70 HRC steel ranges, where the available tool is rated excellent.
The ESD02 end mill has a plain YG-1 standard shank, square 0° helix and a corner radius with ±0.005 mm tolerance. Select it where a two-flute CBN corner-radius tool and tight radius control are required. Its special geometry is designed to improve rigidity at high speed while supporting accuracy, finish and tool-life outcomes.
