1. Membership Eligibility

The Excision Extra Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to customers of Excision who meet the minimum spend requirements specified for each tier.

 

2. Membership Tiers

2.1. Tier 1: No minimum spend required.

2.2. Silver: Minimum annual spend of $25,000.

2.3. Gold: Minimum annual spend of $100,000.

2.4. Platinum: Minimum annual spend of $200,000.

2.5. Minimum annual expenditure is calculated on a rolling monthly basis. If your rolling 12-month expenditure falls below the required minimum spend for your tier over a 12 month period, you will be reassigned to the lower tier. Exceptions may apply.

 

3. Earning Points

3.1. Points are earned based on the amount spent with Excision as follows:

  • Tier 1: 0.5 points per dollar.

  • Silver: 0.75 points per dollar.

  • Gold: 1 point per dollar.

  • Platinum: 2 points per dollar.

3.2. A total of 2,000 points must be accumulated before points can be redeemed.

     

    4. Freight Charges

    4.1. Standard freight charges apply for orders under $450:

    • Tier 1 and Silver: $26.50.

    • Gold: $15.00.

    • Platinum: $0.00.

     

    5. Program Benefits

    5.1. No Dropship Fee: Available to Silver, Gold and Platinum members.

    5.2. Customised Marketing: Available to Gold and Platinum members. Includes six pre-planned promotions per year.

    5.3. Priority Dispatch Guarantee: Available to Gold and Platinum members. Orders are dispatched urgently if the product is in stock.

    5.4. Quarterly Business Review: Available to Gold and Platinum members.

    5.5. Dedicated WhatsApp Chat: Available to Platinum members.

     

    6. Bonus Points

    6.1. Sign Up Bonus: 1,000 points upon sign-up.

    6.2. Payment EOM 15: Points awarded based on timely payment of invoices as follows:

    • Tier 1: 100 points.

    • Silver: 300 points.

    • Gold: 500 points.

    • Platinum: 1,000 points.

      

    7. General Conditions

    7.1. Points and benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

    7.2. Excision reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

    7.3. Membership is at the discretion of Excision, who can refuse or terminate it at any time.

    7.4. All benefits and rewards are subject to availability and supplier discretion.

    7.5. Members of any buying groups or associations that receive rebates or cash-back incentives as part of a pre-existing agreement with Excision are only eligible for Intro or Silver tier membership, unless otherwise agreed.
