Newcastle Infrabuild needed a custom solution for cutting rebar, which we supplied in collaboration with BTM Bandsaws. The setup includes a CNC BTM Bandsaw Machine TT 350 SA, specifically designed for pack cutting bar with it's unique chain system, along with a 13m roller conveyor infeed and a 7m roller conveyor outfeed. To meet Australian safety standards, we integrated AS4024 Safety features. The system also features a length stop with a pneumatic lifter for precise cuts and a pneumatic unloading system for easy handling of the rebar.
