The Excision 280GM Single-Mitre Bandsaw Machine is a 415V metal-cutting saw with oil-damped gravity downfeed. It delivers precise straight and mitred cuts for workshop cutting of round, square and rectangular material. Its heavy cast iron bow reduces vibration for straighter cuts and longer blade life. Carbide guide blocks improve blade stability, while front-panel controls support straightforward machine operation. The single-mitre bow cuts up to 60 degrees for angled fabrication work. At 90 degrees, cutting capacity reaches 235 mm round, 230 mm square and 280 x 180 mm rectangular. Dual blade speeds of 35 and 70 m/min provide flexibility for different cutting requirements. A hinged back cover helps simplify blade changes and cleaning, while concealed wiring and coolant lines remain protected. The machine uses a 27 x 0.9 x 2710 mm blade and weighs 285 kg.
