YG-1 E5930 ALU-POWER is a solid carbide, two-flute 25° helix corner radius end mill with plain shank. It is recommended for machining wrought and cast aluminium alloys, copper alloys and non-metallic materials. The range provides 2.0 to 20.0 mm diameters, each with an R0.2 corner radius. Every listed size uses an R0.2 corner radius with a stated ±0.01 mm tolerance. Mill diameter tolerance is 0 to minus 0.03 mm, while shanks are h5. Lengths of cut extend from 3 to 25 mm across the available diameter selection. Overall lengths range from 40 to 100 mm, supporting tool selection for varied reach needs.
