YG-1 EI881 D-Power is a diamond-coated carbide, three-flute ball nose end mill with a short neck. Designed for graphite machining, its reduced neck supports ball profiling where clearance is required. The EI881 series uses a plain shank and ball nose geometry for curved surface work. Diamond coating supports graphite, wrought aluminium, bakelite, plastics, wood, brass, and non-ferrous material machining. Available variants cover R1.0 to R5.0 ball radii with 2 to 10 mm diameters. Specified ball radius tolerance is ±0.01 mm for controlled profile machining. Lengths of cut range from 3 to 15 mm, with overall lengths from 60 to 80 mm. Neck diameters range from 1.9 to 9.4 mm within this variant selection.
