YG-1 EQ574 is a TiAlN-coated HSS Co8 four-flute short-length square-end end mill. It provides general-purpose side cutting in recommended steel, stainless steel and cast iron applications. The short-length geometry and flat shank suit compact milling setups needing a square cutting profile. Its TiAlN coating is paired with four flutes for supported side-cutting operations. Recommended workpiece materials include non-alloy, low-alloy, high-alloy and tool steels. Suitable cast irons include grey, nodular and malleable grades where indicated.
