The YG-1 XMF11 series i-X Mill corner radius copy milling insert has a high feed geometry that can achieve up to feed rates of 7 meters/minutes on carbon steels, alloy steels and tool steels. The i-Xmill Indexable Milling system is a high precision system for finishing applications. It provides an economical solution due to its indexable replaceable inserts and these inserts are available in 5 different types for various materials.

- Insert diameters available from 8mm to 32mm.
- Feed rates over 7 metres/minute can be achieved.
- When combined with dedicated high feed holders, better results are possible.

- Optimum geometry for better reliability with less vibration and cutting load.
- Inserts for roughing and finishing a wide range of materials.
- Can be used with the ball holder, but for higher precision machining use the corner radius holder.
- Solid carbide substrate for great wear resistance.
- Each insert geometry is specially designed for machining different materials.
