The YG-1 G9455 K-2 Carbide ball nose end mill is an extra-long, two-flute solid carbide milling tool. Its TiAlN coating supports dry milling applications at high temperatures in practical machining environments. The 30° helix geometry is designed for milling radius-bottom slots, fillets and special contours. This plain-shank series provides a ball-nose profile for profiling and contoured milling operations. Listed variants span 3 to 20 mm diameters with R1.5 to R10 ball radii. Lengths of cut extend from 30 to 75 mm, with overall lengths from 75 to 150 mm. Ball nose radius tolerance is ±0.02 mm, while mill diameter tolerance is 0 to -0.03 mm.
