YG-1 G9B83 K-2 carbide corner radius end mills are long-reach, two-flute tools with TiAlN coating. They provide corner-radius milling where extended reach is required beyond the shank. The 30° helix and two-flute geometry suit slotting in high-temperature dry milling applications. Available diameters span 3 to 12 mm with corner radii from 0.5 to 2.5 mm. Overall lengths range from 75 to 100 mm for longer reach into recessed features. Plain shanks use h5 tolerance, while mill diameter tolerance is 0 to -0.03 mm. TiAlN coating is specified for dry milling applications at high temperatures. These high-performance end mills provide a practical option for slotting and corner-radius milling.
