YG-1 G9B80 K-2 carbide rib processing end mills are TiAlN-coated, two-flute tools designed for slotting. Made from solid carbide with a 30° helix, they support dry milling at high temperatures. These plain-shank end mills provide a narrow neck profile for rib-processing applications. The two-flute geometry is specifically designed for slotting and fine rib-processing work.
Available cutting diameters span 0.4 to 4.0 mm, with selected sizes using 4 or 6 mm shanks. Selected listed variants use 50 mm overall lengths, while certain larger variants extend to 60 or 75 mm. The range includes short length-below-shank configurations for smaller diameters and extended-reach configurations for larger diameters.
