YG-1 G9438 K-2 Carbide 2 Flute Ball Nose End Mills are long-length TiAlN-coated solid-carbide cutters with plain shanks. They are designed for milling radius-bottom slots, fillets and special contours in general-purpose milling. The two-flute, 30° helix geometry suits conventional or high-speed wet and dry cutting operations. Available ball radii run from R1.0 to R10.0, covering 2 to 20 mm cutter diameters. Long lengths reach 38 to 104 mm overall throughout the stated range. These end mills are recommended for non-alloy, low-alloy and high-alloy steels, stainless steels and cast irons. Each variant provides a ball-nose radius tolerance of ±0.02 mm and h5 shank tolerance.
