Product Description

YG-1 GYF95 is a coated PM60 multiple-helix corner-radius roughing end mill with short length. Its centre-cutting geometry and fine roughing form support short-length milling where radiused edges are required. The flat-shank range combines four-flute tools from 6 to 12 mm. Five-flute options cover 14 to 25 mm diameters for larger milling requirements. Corner radii are R0.5 on 6 to 12 mm tools. R1.0 radii are supplied on 14 to 25 mm tools. Lengths of cut extend from 13 to 45 mm, with overall lengths from 57 to 121 mm. Multiple-helix geometry distinguishes this series within the coated PM60 roughing end mill range.
