YG-1 GM810 X-Power Pro is a Y-coated solid carbide, two-flute short-length square end mill. It is designed for slotting and precision milling of alloy, prehardened and hardened steels. The GM810 series is rated excellent for alloy steels and hardened steels from HRc30 to HRc55. Y Coating is specified throughout the GM810 plain-shank series for dependable machining applications.
Available cutter diameters extend from 0.5 mm to 20 mm for fine and general milling work. Listed shank diameters run from 3 mm to 20 mm, matched to cutter size. Lengths of cut range from 1 mm to 38 mm across the available sizes. Overall tool lengths range from 40 mm to 105 mm for compact milling setups.
