YG-1 GM815 X-Power Pro is a four-flute carbide long-length ball nose end mill for copy milling. This ball nose end mill machines tool steels, alloy steels, mould steels and other high-hardened materials. Four flutes provide higher feed capability than the GM813 series in comparable milling applications. The long-length design suits profiling operations requiring a greater overall tool length. Selected sizes span 2 to 12 mm diameters with R1.0 to R6.0 ball radii. Length of cut ranges from 5 to 22 mm, while overall lengths range from 50 to 110 mm. Ball radius tolerance is ±0.02 mm for defined radius selection in profile machining.
