Product Description
YG-1 X-Power Pro GM814 is a long-length Y-coated solid carbide roughing end mill with a multi-flute 20° helix. It is designed for roughing-fine milling, providing fast chip ejection in tool steels, alloy steels, mould steels and hardened materials. Use it for dry or wet high-velocity milling applications where long reach and controlled material removal are needed. Y-coating and the solid carbide construction support machining carbon, alloy and prehardened steels. Selected variants cover 6 to 16 mm diameters, with three flutes at 6 and 8 mm. Four-flute 10, 12 and 16 mm tools provide longer cutting lengths for larger roughing operations. The plain shank configuration suits standard milling setups requiring secure toolholding.
