About 2 Flute (Ball Nose) General Purpose Carbide Milling Cutters
These 2 flute ball nose general purpose carbide milling cutters are K-2 end mills for machining radius features, grooves, fillets and contoured forms. They are specified for copy milling, full-radius grooving and corner-radius milling across general steel machining, with listed suitability also covering stainless steel, cast iron, copper and aluminium.
Choose from short, long, long-reach and extra-long configurations to suit the access required. A long-neck rib-processing option is available for deep-pocket milling. The ball nose geometry supports radius-bottom slots and special contours, while the two-flute design and 30° helix are consistent across the listed range.
