YG-1 E5711 ALU-POWER is an uncoated carbide three-flute long-length roughing end mill with a flat shank. Optimised geometry reduces power consumption when roughing aluminium and copper materials in milling applications. Three cutting flutes support productive material removal while the long-length design provides additional reach. This flat-shank range covers 6 to 20 mm cutter diameters for varied machining requirements. Lengths of cut span 16 to 38 mm, with overall lengths from 57 to 104 mm. Chamfers are 0.60 mm through 12 mm diameter and 0.91 mm from 14 mm. Its carbide construction and uncoated finish suit the defined ALU-POWER cutting range.
