Product Description

The E5E39 series carbide Alu-Power rippers from YG-1 range from 6-20mm in diameter. These plain shank 3 flute rougher cutters have a reduced neck and an aluminium pitch to prevent built up edge. These are ideal for heavy metal removal on Aluminium and Non-Ferrous materials.

Suitable for high speed machining of aluminium and other non-ferrous materials.
Special geometries & lapped flutes ensures the best chip control and surface finish on aluminium.
Reduced neck diameter for deep pocket machining.
Deep flute pockets prevent swarf clogging up the tool.
Aluminium pitch prevents built up edge.
Micrograin Carbide Substrate.
Sharp cutting edges with mirror finish machining.
Ultra-high metal removal rates possible with WAVE-CUT.
