YG-1 E5H25 ALU-POWER HPC is an uncoated carbide three-flute corner radius end mill with extended neck. It is intended for milling aluminium alloys, copper alloys and non-metallic materials. The extended neck helps provide clearance when machining features below an adjacent workpiece surface. Three flutes and a 37° helix define the series cutting geometry. This geometry is recommended for aluminium wrought and cast alloys, plus copper alloys. Corner-radius options enable selection of an appropriate radiused edge for the machining task. Plain-shank E5H25 tools are available in multiple diameters, radii and neck dimensions. The uncoated configuration is identified separately from the DLC-coated JAH25 companion series.
