YG-1 EIB04 D-Power is a diamond-coated carbide two-flute end mill with a long-length neck. It is intended for high-performance machining of graphite and selected non-ferrous or non-metallic materials. The coating’s high hardness and wear resistance support extended tool life. Its ultra-fine diamond film helps produce smooth, excellent surfaces on work materials. Available mill diameters run from 0.5 to 11 mm in the listed EIB04 range. Long overall lengths range from 40 to 150 mm among the listed variants. Suitable material examples include wrought aluminium, bakelite, plastics, wood and brass. A plain shank is specified throughout this long-length EIB04 milling tool series.
