YG-1 EIB87 D-Power carbide two flute ball nose end mills feature a diamond coating and taper neck. They are designed for graphite machining, supporting smooth surface finishes on suitable work materials. The diamond coating combines high film hardness with excellent wear resistance for abrasive machining applications. These plain shank tools also suit non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials. Available variants provide R0.5, R0.75 and R1.0 radii, each with 40 mm overall length. The listed variants use 3 mm shanks, with ball nose radius tolerance of ±0.01 mm. Taper neck angles range from 4° 15´ to 8° 30´ within this selected variant group. This geometry supports detailed profiling where smaller radii are required.
