YG-1 EIA14 D-Power is a diamond-coated carbide three-flute corner radius end mill with long-length geometry. It is designed for graphite machining, using a 40° helix and corner radii for controlled milling. Diamond coating provides high film hardness and excellent wear resistance to support longer tool life. The ultra-fine coating film supports smooth, excellent surface finishes on compatible work materials. This series is also suitable for wrought aluminium, bakelite, plastics, wood and brass. Use it for non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials where diamond-coated carbide tooling is appropriate. Available diameters range from 2 to 10 mm, with R0.15 to R0.5 corner radii.
