YG-1 EIA13 D-Power carbide corner radius end mill is diamond coated for graphite machining. The short-length three-flute tool uses a 40° helix and plain shank. It is designed for high performance graphite machining and produces smooth workpiece surfaces. Diamond coating provides higher film hardness and excellent wear resistance for extended tool life.
The range also performs well in wrought aluminium, bakelite, plastics, wood and brass. An ultra fine coating film supports a smooth and excellent surface finish. It provides good results when machining supported non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials. Mill diameters run from 2 to 12 mm with R0.15 to R0.5 corner radii.
