YG-1 XSEME75 is a Y-coated carbide modular square end mill head with six flutes and a 45° helix. It is designed for milling steel, stainless steel and cast iron using compatible modular tooling. Recommended materials include non-alloy, low-alloy, high-alloy and tool steels within the stated application range. The XSEME75 family covers 10 to 32 mm mill diameters with matched length-of-cut dimensions. Each variant has a zero to minus 0.03 mm mill diameter tolerance. Threaded coupling sizes progress from M6 through M16 to suit compatible modular holders. Its square-end geometry supports general machining operations within the i-Smart modular end mill system.
