YG-1 JET-POWER EH915 is a long-length carbide square end mill with a 45° helix and plain shank. It provides multi-flute milling for stainless steel, titanium alloys, heat-resistant super alloys and selected steels. TiAlN coating and ultra micro grain carbide support machining of suitable materials below HRc45. Reinforced cutting edges are designed to reduce corner-edge chipping in demanding milling work. Diameter options run from 6 to 25 mm, with six flutes through 16 mm. Sizes from 18 to 25 mm use eight flutes for the listed EH915 family. Positive rake-angle geometry is specified throughout this long-length milling range. A plain shank is specified for each listed tool diameter.
