YG-1 EH920 Jet-Power carbide multi flute roughing end mill is a long-length, TiAlN-coated flat-shank milling tool. It combines a 45° helix with fine roughing geometry for productive material-removal machining operations. Designed for materials below 45 HRc, it suits alloy, tool, carbon and prehardened steels. The range is also recommended for stainless steel and titanium-alloy machining applications. Flat-shank variants span 4 to 25 mm milling diameters, with three to six flutes. Lengths of cut extend from 11 to 45 mm, supporting long-length milling reach in suitable applications. Each listed tool includes a 0.1 to 0.2 mm chamfer for reinforced cutting-edge protection.
