YG-1 EH918 Jet-Power carbide roughing-fine end mills combine a 45° helix with a short-length design. They are flat-shank, multi-flute tools for milling stainless steels, titanium and nickel alloys in suitable grades. The TiAlN-coated series is recommended for materials up to 45 HRc, including stainless steels and titanium alloys.
Diameters range from 6 to 16 mm, with four flutes through 12 mm and five at 16 mm. Listed EH918 tools feature chamfers from 0.15 to 0.20 mm. Each size uses a flat shank matching its nominal mill diameter for straightforward toolholder selection. Cutting lengths increase from 7 mm at 6 mm diameter to 22 mm at 16 mm diameter.
