YG-1 X-Power Pro GM834 is a Y-coated solid carbide six-flute end mill for hardened materials. Its extra-long 45° helix design supports high-speed cutting and finish milling at high feed rates. The six-flute geometry is designed to produce superior workpiece finishes in demanding milling applications. Y coating provides superior wear resistance and makes the tool suitable for dry milling. Plain-shank diameters range from 6 to 25 mm, with 26 to 92 mm lengths of cut. Overall lengths range from 70 to 180 mm for extended-reach machining requirements. It is recommended for carbon steels, alloy steels, prehardened steels, hardened steels, stainless steels and cast iron.
