YG-1 GM812 X-Power Pro carbide end mill is a long-length square-profile milling cutter with a 45° helix. It is designed for machining hardened materials and supports high-speed cutting and finish milling. The Y-coated solid carbide construction offers wear resistance and suitability for dry milling. Six-flute options cover 6 to 16 mm diameters, while the 20 mm tool uses eight flutes.
Long-length geometry provides lengths of cut from 13 to 38 mm. It is recommended for carbon steels, alloy steels, prehardened steels, hardened steels, and cast iron. Available mill diameters from 6 to 20 mm suit deeper milling requirements. The series combines six or eight flutes with a square cutting edge.
