Product Description
YG-1 CRX S SGED28 is a solid-carbide, two-flute ball nose end mill with DLC coating and an extended neck. It is designed for copper and copper-alloy milling, while also supporting soft graphite, reinforced plastics and related non-ferrous materials. Mirror-finished cutting edges are specified to deliver excellent surface roughness on suitable work materials.
This plain-shank series uses a 30° helix and covers R0.5 to R6.0 ball radii. Radii up to R3 have a ±0.005 mm tolerance for accurate profiling work. Choose from ten series variants with mill diameters from 1 to 12 mm. The extended-neck design provides useful clearance for detailed milling operations.
