Product Description

YG-1 i-Smart XSEME60 is a Y-Coated carbide modular head with four-flute Center Match ball nose geometry. It fits i-Smart modular end mill systems for interchangeable ball nose milling operations. Its Center Match ball nose geometry supports central cutting within the specified head configuration. Diameters span 10 to 32 mm, matched to ball radii from R5.0 to R16.0.

Each head uses a specified threaded coupling, progressing from M6 to M16 across sizes. Radius tolerance is ±0.01 mm, with mill diameter tolerance controlled from zero to -0.02 mm. Defined neck diameters, cutting lengths and lengths below shank support correct modular head selection. The specified Y-Coating applies to every listed XSEME60 modular head size.
