Product Description
The YG-1 GAA32 is a long-length HSS-PM TANK-POWER two-flute TiAlN-coated ball nose end mill. Its high-toughness construction supports general roughing and finishing applications in carbon, alloy and stainless steels. The 30° helix and ball nose profile suit controlled machining where radiused cutting geometry is required. TiAlN coating is specified across the GAA32 series for coated HSS-PM milling performance. This long-length range covers ball nose radii from R1.0 to R12.5. Available diameters extend from 2 mm to 25 mm within the listed family. Each tool uses two flutes for the specified GAA32 cutting configuration. The series is also recommended for selected cast iron and copper alloy applications.
