The Excision Ebox is a hassle-free way to store and dispense oil and metalworking fluids. Its square shape and built-in handle make it easy to store and carry, while its fully sealed interior ensures that the oil is always protected from contaminants. What's Inside

XDP2100 is a semi-synthetic cutting fluid that is specially designed to provide excellent surface finishes on aluminium, steels, alloys and all yellow metals. It is especially suitable for use in hard or very hard water. Once diluted, it disperses in nano-globules avoiding coalescence, depositions, and other imperfections of the classic emulsions. This means that the final product is of high-quality and free of coolant residue.

Application

XDP2100 is a semi-synthetic cutting fluid that is dispersed in water by adding a minimum of 5% concentration. The ideal concentration is determined based on the complexity of the operation and water hardness:

  • Medium hardness: 6%
  • Hard water: 8%
  • Very hard water (> 400 ppm of CaCO3): about 10%

When working with very extra-hard waters, the fluid can generate a layer of salts to prevent excessive accumulation of calcium carbonate crystals. To remove these salts from the product, it is recommended to use a paper filter.

Usage and Handling

It's easy to get started with the Excision Ebox. The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed. Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go! Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.

Storage

The Excision XDP2100 Ebox can be stored on a shelf with easy access via the tap.

  • Store in a closed area at temperatures not below 5ºC or above 40ºC
  • Shelf life: 1 year
