The Excision Ebox is a hassle-free way to store and dispense oil and metalworking fluids. Its square shape and built-in handle make it easy to store and carry, while its fully sealed interior ensures that the oil is always protected from contaminants. Disposal is hassle-free with the cardboard box, making it easy to take apart and recycle, with the plastic reduction cutting landfill by up to 90%.*

What's Inside

XDP3000 is a next-generation synthetic coolant engineered for top-tier performance on aluminium alloys, steel, and cast iron. Free from mineral oils and harmful additives, it offers a clear, low-foaming solution that’s resistant to bacteria and corrosion, ensuring safer and more productive work. With excellent high-pressure and high-temperature handling, XDP3000 extends sump life, reduces machine downtime, and lowers costs by minimising coolant consumption and maximising tool life.

Application

XDP3000 is specifically designed for water hardness between 50-600 ppm of CaCO3. It is mixed by pouring it onto the water at a minimum concentration of 4% and can be adjusted depending on the operation. It provides excellent surface finishing, minimal carry-over and extended sump life. It is suitable for high-speed and high-temperature operations.

Usage and Handling

It's easy to get started with the Excision Ebox. The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed. Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go! Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.
