What's Inside

XDP4700 Anti Spatter Fluid is a water soluble liquid to prevent spatters from adhering to the nozzles or tips of welding devices and surfaces. It is based on the new synthetic release technology which makes it an easy and efficient product to be used. As it is a 100% soluble liquid product no mixing is required. Being a water based product, it is not flammable and odourless. This allows it to be used in enclosed areas.

    Application

    XDP4700 Anti Spatter Fluid is applied directly by brush or sprayed onto the surface to be protected. Spatter falling on treated surface can be easily removed.

    Usage and Handling

    It's easy to get started with the Excision Ebox. The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed. Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go! Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.

    Storage

    The Excision XDP4700 Ebox can be stored on a shelf with easy access via the tap.

    • Store in a closed area at temperatures not below 5ºC or above 40ºC
