YG-1 G9A70 K-2 carbide ball nose end mills combine two flutes with a TiAlN coating. This short-length series is designed for general-purpose conventional or high-speed milling in wet or dry conditions. The ball-nose cutting shape is suitable for machining radius-bottom slots, fillets and special contours. Available mill diameters span 1 to 20 mm, covering ball radii from R0.5 to R10. A 30° helix supports the specified two-flute ball-nose configuration for practical milling operations. Plain-shank tools provide a straightforward option for profiling, side milling and small-part work. The K-2 range is recommended for selected steels, stainless steel, cast iron, Inconel and titanium.
