Product Description

YG-1 K-2 G9447 is a solid carbide three-flute, long-length flat-shank end mill with a 45° helix. TiAlN coating supports dry milling applications where machining generates high temperatures. It provides a square cutting profile for milling carbon, alloy, prehardened and stainless steels. Three flutes and a 45° helix define this long-length milling geometry. The G9447 range covers 3 to 20 mm cutting diameters with h5 shank tolerance. Sizes use 6 to 20 mm shank diameters, while overall lengths extend from 57 to 104 mm. Length of cut spans 7 to 32 mm throughout the specified family. The family retains its three-flute, 45° helix configuration through the available diameter range.
