Product Description

YG-1 X-POWER PRO GM819 is a solid carbide four flute long length corner radius end mill with Y Coating. Designed for tool steels, alloy steels, mould steels and other hardened materials, it supports precision milling applications. Its four-flute, 30° helix geometry supports improved workpiece finishes and increased production. The corner radius profile suits milling radiused internal transitions in suitable workpieces.

This plain-shank series covers 3 to 20 mm cutting diameters and R0.3 to R2.0 corner radii. Available lengths of cut range from 12 to 55 mm. Overall lengths range from 50 to 110 mm. It is offered in 20 listed diameter and corner-radius combinations.
