DP3000 is a highly advanced synthetic coolant that is specifically formulated to achieve superior surface finishing on aluminum alloys, steel, and cast iron. It is completely free from mineral oil and utilizes the latest technology to provide excellent performance while minimizing consumption and extending sump life.

One of the major benefits of XDP3000 is its ability to provide outstanding surface finishing results. It leaves a smooth and polished finish on aluminum alloys, steel, and cast iron, resulting in a high-quality finished product.

Additionally, it does not contain any harmful secondary amines, nitrites, halogenated derivatives or hard metals, making it a safer and more environmentally friendly option.

Application:
XDP3000 is specifically designed for water hardness between 50-600 ppm of CaCO3. It is mixed by pouring it onto the water at a minimum concentration of 4% and can be adjusted depending on the operation. It provides excellent surface finishing, minimal carry-over and extended sump life. It is suitable for high-speed and high-temperature operations.
