XDP3500 is a cutting-edge water-miscible synthetic metalworking fluid that is free from mineral oil, specifically designed for machining and grinding hard metals such as tungsten, carbide, copper, cobalt, etc. It is stable, transparent, and has high antioxidant properties. It is specially formulated to achieve excellent finishes in machining operations and grinding tools, dies and carbide parts.

One of the major benefits of XDP3500 is its good antioxidant properties which helps in preventing oxidation and corrosion of metals, thus extending the life of tools and machines. It also does not cause leaching of cobalt, which is a major concern in hard metal machining, ensuring the finished product is of high-quality.

XDP3500 is also designed to reject foreign oils, which can cause contamination in the machining process, it also gives better cooling effect without leaving any oily residues. This ensures that the finished product is free from coolant residue and is of high-quality.

XDP3500 is a synthetic metalworking fluid that is designed for machining and grinding hard metals such as tungsten, carbide, copper, cobalt, etc. It is stable, transparent, has high antioxidant properties, does not cause leaching of cobalt, rejects foreign oils, gives better cooling effect and lubrication without leaving oily residues. Application:
To use XDP3500, add it to water and shake gently. The water hardness should not exceed 400ppm. For general and normal grinding operations, the recommended concentration for use is between 3% to 6%. It is important to note that the final concentration should be adjusted based on the specific requirements of the operation and the water hardness.
